Monique Johnson, a Louisiana native, is a licensed Aesthetician & Educator with a strong educational background and refined skill set. Graduating from Green Oaks High School and completing a Business Computers & Accounting Diploma program at American Commercial College, she excelled in her studies. Monique further pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Organizational Management from Wiley College in Marshall, Texas.

Transitioning from freelancing as a makeup artist to becoming a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant for a decade, Monique's passion for helping others led her to Guy’s Shreveport Academy for Esthetics and Instructional training. With certifications in skincare techniques, she is a state-certified licensed Esthetician and Esthetics Educator in Louisiana and Texas.

Monique's commitment to growth and problem-solving is evident in her journey, from hair shows to skincare trade events. As the owner of Skination Holistic Skin Spa, LLC, CEO of Skin Therapy Aesthetic Institute, and creator of SKINLISTICS SkinTherapy brand, she educates on skincare, health techniques, Natural Brow Sculpting, and makeup tips.
